People have been tracking me down to tell me how much they appreciate the effort that they can tell we put into organizing such a great learning event.
Since my last post I’ve been to several great sessions and co-presented a General Session with Dave Prewitt about communicating with senior management and becoming proactive in performance improvement.

(Dave (left) and Mark (right) talking at the General Session.)

This morning we had a great session with John Miller, the QBQ! guy.
Now I’m in a session that Dave Janney is leading about making a business case for improvement.

(Here are some folks working on an exercise in Dave’s session.)
The next session is the planning session (planning improvements back at work). Then we play golf this afternoon (we are trying to hold off the rain).
Wow! What a Summit. People are once again saying it is the best ever … and giving me more ideas for next year (2010 Summit will be in San Antonio on October 27-29).
