Makes one wonder … how big a fine is enough?

I am in favor of other consequences other than just fines, fines are similar to a ticket, and unfortunately lead to this mentality of “factoring” them in, and present no real penalty. I think rather a forced cessation of business activities over a period of time with correlating education and training in correction of mistake may be far more beneficial in certain severe infractions.
