Mhorvan Sherret, Alan Smith, and I had a great time handing out Spin-a-Cause™ spinners at the 2010 IOSH Conference.

We met lots of old friends and made plenty of new ones.

People like the humor of Spin-a-Cause™ but also understand the seriousness of root cause analysis. And I think they like it that we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but yet, still take root cause analysis very seriously.
