Can stability balls really replace expensive ergonomic office chairs?
I’m a Certified Ergonomist, so I should know.
So I did a little research and here are a couple of articles that I found:

Looks like the scientific research says … no positive benefit.
But one of the people at our office swears by his. (Can you guess who it is?)
