KDKA reports that a Houston, PA, natural gas processing facility was shut down most of the day Sunday after an accident. Markwest Energy Company spokesperson Cory Bromlet said:

“This is something kind of unusual, but we don’t really know the full cause of it, but that’s where the first burst came from is a defective valve.“

One worker was treated for fairly minor injuries. The plant is expected to be runing again today.
