The company SVP has a great sounding response; however, what about the collapsing floor? 

It will be interesting to see what becomes of the investigation.  Mortenson does have a cooperative agreement with OSHA in this state which is a sign that they value safety.  Maybe they have the values but I have to wonder if they have the best practices and knowledge to deliver?  Here is information on the signing of the cooperative agreement:
