I saw an interesting article about the benefits from Fatigue Risk Management Plans that was written by Circadian Technologies.
It seems that the idea originated in Australia and its benefits include:
- Better insurance premiums.
- Improved safety.
- Lower absenteeism.
- Waivers from regulators about maximum work hours.
