Getting Management to Ask for a TapRooT® Investigation
Why is it important to get management involved in your investigation program?
Management involvement is needed for implementation and continuous support of an investigation program - including continuous improvement of the program. Further, for an investigation program to be successful, corrective actions need management and supervisor support to change behaviors.
