Experience Grading Incident Investigations/Root Cause Analysis

Jack Frost, Vice President of HSR for Matrix Service Company, is a longtime TapRooT® User. He has consistently strived to improve the use of TapRooT® and make his company’s incident investigations better. He is a member of the TapRooT® Advisory Board and several years ago helped us develop the grading system we offer for TapRooT® Users to evaluate and improve their investigations. He presented a talk at the 2018 Global TapRooT® Summit about his experience improving root cause analysis by grading investigations and providing feedback to investigators.
