The Summit will be held at The Westin Casuarina Hotel in Las Vegas, NV on June 25-27.  Pre-Summit Courses will be held at The Westin Casuarina Hotel on June 23-24.

How much does it cost?
The Summit fee is just $995.  A pre-Summit course is $1095.

Are there discounts for multiple attendees?
Yes!  Send 3 or more people to the Summit and get $100 off ($895 each).  Three or more for a pre-Summit course?  $100 off ($995 each).  Three or more to the Summit and a pre-Summit course?  Just $1690 each – a $400 savings!  (Sign up everyone at once to get these discounts.)  For groups of 10 or more, call 865.539.2139 for added discounts!

If I register for the Summit and the Pre-Summit, do I get a discount?
Yes!  Attend the Summit and a pre-Summit course and save $200 (just $1890 for both).

What kind of hotel/travel discounts are being offered?
For discount travel, use the official travel agency for the Summit:  World Ventures.  Call 800-225-4386 or visit http://www.wvtt.com.  A limited number of rooms are available at a special rate of $155/night at the Westin Casuarina.  Book your room through the travel agent or call the hotel directly at 702-836-5900.  Ask for the TapRooT® block of rooms.

Can I pay by check?
Check orders are accepted.   Checks must be received prior to the Summit.

What if I need to cancel my pre-Summit or Summit registration?
Before May 30  -  Refund less a 10% cancellation fee
Between May 31 - June 11  -  $300 cancellation fee (per attendee)
After June 11  -  No Refund (Full invoice price due)

If you need to cancel, you can so by emailing a cancellation notice, along with your invoice number, name of attendee(s), payment method, and phone number/email address, to info@taproot.com. 

Instead of requesting a refund, you may transfer 100% of your funds to your 2009 Summit registration, or transfer 100% of your paid registration to enroll someone else in your place.

What is the Summit attire?
The Summit attire is casual/business casual.  Dress comfortably!  And don't forget to bring your best 50's/60's outfit (or comfortable jeans) for the Wednesday night reception!

Are meals provided for in the Summit and Pre-Summit registration?
A breakfast bar will be available for registered attendees on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Lunch will also be provided to registered attendees on Wednesday and Thursday.  Hors d'oeuvres will be available at the Wednesday night Reception for registered attendees and their guests.  Beverages and snacks are available for attendees during breaks.  Breakfast bar and lunch will be available for Pre-Summit registered attendees on Monday and Tuesday.

Can I earn CEUs?
Yes!  You may document the terrific training and facilitation you receive during the Summit and apply those credits toward your professional development training program. By attending all the sessions in your selected track, you will earn 2.0 CEUs.   Additionally, several of the pre-Summit courses being held on June 23-24, 2008 are also worth CEUs. Both the 2-Day Incident Investigator Course and the 2-day Equifactor® Equipment Troubleshooting Course are worth 1.6 CEUs. By attending one of these pre-Summit courses, and then receiving the outstanding training offered during the Summit, you have the opportunity to earn a total of 3.6 CEUs .

Can I earn CIH CM Points?
Yes!  Attend the Summit and earn 2.5 points; attend a 2-day pre-Summit course and earn 2 points.
