Root Cause Analysis Tips: 2014 Global TapRooT® Summit Best Practices (Strad Energy Services)

Our 2014 Global TapRooT® Summit was our best yet, and our Users Share Best Practices Session was no different! Our TapRooT® Users came together and shared how they’re using TapRoooT® in their facilities. They chose their favorite best practices and shared these with everyone in the session. Below is our first video of this fantastic time of sharing. Paulie Yeater of Strad Energy shares her TapRooT® tip.

When an incident happens, it’s entered so all of the company’s HSE professionals across Canada and the U.S. have access to the investigation. They can then view it and bounce questions off each other. She states that they end up doing a much more thorough investigation through this peer review process.
