Feature Packed

It took 2 years to develop the new TapRooT® software. What once was just a great root cause analysis tool is now an Investigation Management System. From reporting an incident to validating the effectiveness of corrective actions, the new TapRooT® Software provides one suite of tools to manage your investigations.

People can use one program to report incidents, analyze root causes, develop corrective actions, write and approve reports, track fixes, validate the effectiveness of the fixes, and trend performance in a secure, password protected environment. The TapRooT® Software was built to meet the needs of investigators interested in improving performance. The TapRooT® Software, will exceed your expectations!

Cohesive

The TapRooT® System Software is written with an SQL database that allows the program to be setup as a Single-user Database on a local hard drive, as a Workgroup Database with 8-10 simultaneous users across a Local Area Network (LAN), or an Enterprise Database that allows for unlimited simultaneous users across a Wide Area Network (WAN).

It can be linked to other databases including SQL Server, Access, SAP, and Oracle. We can supply programming support to help link your databases to the TapRooT® Software. Call System Improvements at 865-539-2139 to get answers to any of your licensing questions. We can help you decide what option is best for you and your organization.

Problem Analysis

The TapRooT® System has been proven by use around the world to find and fix the root causes of problems. TapRooT® Users rave about its accuracy and consistency. Now all the tools in the TapRooT® system are computerized in the TapRooT® Software.

The software follows the TapRooT® investigation flow; making it easy-to-use. TapRooT® trained individuals use the software to more efficiently find the root causes of problems, find effective solutions, present the solutions to management, get approvals, and track their fixes.
