The Summit fee is just $995.  A pre-Summit course is $1095. Attend both and save $200 ($1890)!

Are there discounts for multiple attendees?
Yes!  Send 3 or more people to the Summit and get $100 off ($895 each). 

Three or more for a pre-Summit course?  $100 off ($995 each). 

Three or more to the Summit and a pre-Summit course?  Just $1690 each – a $400 savings! 

Got a group of 10 or more? Take an ADDITIONAL $100 per person discount off your pre-Summit course! It's like having one person attend the pre-Summit course for free!

What kind of hotel/travel discounts are being offered?
A limited number of rooms are available at a special rate in the TapRooT

Check orders are accepted.   Payments must be received prior to the Summit.

What if I need to cancel my pre-Summit or Summit registration?
Before September 29  -  Refund less a 10% cancellation fee
Between September 29 and October 13 - $300 cancellation fee (per attendee)
After October 13  -  No Refund (Full invoice price due)

What is the Summit attire?
The Summit attire is casual/business casual.  Dress comfortably!  Bring a sweater or light jacket if you get cold in meetings.

Are meals provided for in the Summit and Pre-Summit registration?
Breakfast will be provided for registered attendees on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Lunch will also be provided to registered attendees on Wednesday and Thursday.  Hors d'oeuvres will be available at the Wednesday night Reception for registered attendees and their guests.  Beverages are available for attendees during breaks.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided for Pre-Summit registered attendees on Monday and Tuesday.

Can I earn CEUs?
Yes!  You may document the terrific training and facilitation you receive during the Summit and apply those credits toward your professional development training program. By attending all the sessions in your selected track, you will earn 2.0 CEUs.   Additionally, several of the pre-Summit courses being held on October 5-6, 2009 are also worth CEUs. Both the 2-Day Incident Investigator Course and the 2-day Equifactor® Equipment Troubleshooting Course are worth 1.6 CEUs. By attending one of these pre-Summit courses, and then receiving the outstanding training offered during the Summit, you have the opportunity to earn a total of 3.6 CEUs .

Yes!  Attend the Summit and earn 2.5 points; attend a 2-day pre-Summit course and earn 2 points.

What is the theme of the Summit reception this year?
Glad you asked!  In the past, we've had the Western theme, the 50's/60's theme and the 70's/80's theme.  This year the Summit will be held October 27-29 and we have a costume party planned because the date is close to Halloween.  There will be lots of costumes out there to choose from during this time of year, or you can create your own.  Get creative for fun and a chance to win great prizes!

Where do I find information about participating in the TapRooT® 7th Annual Scramble Charity Golf Tournament?
We have a team for you!  Join us for the best golf tournament of the year! 
You don't have to be great to play, you don't even have to be good.  The only prerequisite is that you are willing to have fun!  The cost to register is $90.00 per player (payable at registration - includes greens fee, cart, lunch, and sales tax), and optional club rental is $53.00 (reserve them at registration, pay for them when you arrive at the golf club - includes tax).  LEARN MORE about the tourney or REGISTER NOW.
