You receive the error ‘Server Error in /TapRooT Application’ when attempting to access the TapRooT® Web Enterprise software.
This is due to an incorrect configuration for the AppPool used with the TapRooT® website.
To resolve this issue, you will need to edit the App Pool associated with the TapRooT® intranet site. The setting is found under the Advanced Bindings section of the selected App Pool within IIS. Once this window is open, change the value for Load User Profile to ‘True.’ Restart the website and verify the issue is resolved.
