Details:
This issue occurs in rare instances when the SQL Server database fails to install properly on the system.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  • Download the fix by clicking here and save the file to your desktop.
  • Right click on Windows5310-InvAudRptFix.zip and select ‘Extract All Files’. This will extract the files and create a folder on your Desktop named Windows5310-InvAudRptFix
  • Right-click on the Windows5310-InvAudRptFix.bat file inside the newly created folder and select ‘Run as Administrator’ to execute the fix.
  • When prompted, press any key to close the window.
  • Open the TapRooT® software and verify you can view the Investigation Report.
