How Do Import an Incident?

Launch the software and click on the “Import” button on the bottom of Incident Manager

Use the File Browser to locate the exported .TS4 incident file

Once imported, you should see a confirmation message that the incident was imported successfully.

Please edit the imported incident in question to ensure all data was transferred successfully.
