"Missing" - Adam Can't Find the Shape Wizard

One day Adam is working on an investigation and creating a SnapChart® describing the incident when he gets called away to attend a meeting.  In a hurry, he leaves the web page open.  Thirty minutes later, Adam returns to complete the SnapCharT® he started.  He double-clicks on the chart to open the shape wizard and nothing happens. 

Puzzled, Adam thinks, "What would cause the Shape Wizard to not show up?" He knows that the pop-up blocker built into Internet Explorer is turned off and that would keep the Shape Wizard window from opening. He double-checks to ensure that the pop-up blocker is turned off, and it is:



Still puzzled, he looks at screen for a moment, and then notices the Shape Wizard window on the task bar:



His quick clicking hid the window from him. He clicks on it and continues his work.

Adam then jots down some notes regarding is issue that he can pass along to others:

* Turn the Internet Explorer pop-up blocker off

* When adding new shape click [Finish] instead of [Apply Shape].

* Turn off any 3rd party pop-up blockers.

* Check the task bar to ensure the Shape Wizard window hadn't inadvertently slipped behind the active window
