Tech Support Thursday: Demo to Full Version Unlocking

Hello everybody, Evan here again. I’ve got the 411 on how to unlock your demo copy of the TapRooT® System Software, a procedure necessary when you purchase the software.

Read on for the details!

Demo Version Unlock Procedure

Here is how you turn your trial version into the full-blown registered version.

Step 1:  Go to the System Administration – Software Options menu

Step 2: You’ll see a window much like the following. Click on the User Settings tab, as indicated:

Step 3: Once there, you’ll need to input your Full Version Serial Number into the appropriate fields:

Of course, that isn’t a real serial number.

Once you put in the correct serial number, click the OK button, then restart your TapRooT® System Software. You should get no warnings about having X days left to use the software.

Feedback Call

For Tech Support Thursdays, my idea for this series was to provide tips and tricks for those who use our software most. This begs the question: What would you like to see here? Is there any area of the TapRooT® System Sofware that is unclear and needs clarification or a visual guide? Feel free to leave a comment via the forms below and let us know what you’d like to see in this space in the coming weeks.

Thanks for stopping by!
