The report from Talisman came out yesterday (July 28, 2008). I haven’t reviewed in yet, but I’d be very interested to see what comments TapRooT users have on it!

The comment that blaming communications issues between (any) regulator and its licensees “is a scapegoat for more systemic problems” is a typical opposition comment. Communication seems to be a major problem here. I hesitate to say “root cause” without seeing the report yet. Why communication has broken down (or if it was ever in good shape to start with) is another question entirely!

This was a tough report to read.

Seems like it needed more graphics to make it more visually appealing and easy to understand.
