19 Dead in “Love Parade” Stampede In Duisburg, Germany
German prosecutors are investigating the causes of a crowd control failure that lead to the deaths of 19 at the Love Parade techno music festival in Duisburg, Germany.
Either the organiser admitted more (much more) then was allowed by the community permission (which wasn’t checked) or the communal governity gave a permission allowing too many (much too many) people in function of the escape routes (only one). There ain’t 16 possibilities.
