- Work Practices
- Corrective action program
- Operating experience
- Self and independent assessments
- Environment for raising safety concerns
- Preventing, detecting, and mitigating perceptions of retaliation
- Accountability
- Continuous learning environment
- Organizational change management
- Safety policies
