Houston Metro Train Hits Bicycle at Crossing – “Accident Preventable”
A Houston Metro statement about an accident at a crossing stated that the accident was “…preventable…”.
Aren’t all accidents “preventable”?
Maybe what the statement implied was that the train driver was at fault?
