Investigation of a Near-Miss by the UK Air Accident Investigation Unit
The investigation is complete of an Air Canada flight to the UK had to have the co-pilot forceable removed from the cockpit while flying over the Atlantic. According to the article in the Times On Line, he had suffered a “mental breakdown.”
The result of the UK AAIU Investigation? No safety recommendations were made.
