NTSB Says Medical Helicopter Crashes Caused by Flying in Bad Weather at Night
A CNN story reports that the NTSB says:
“Flying at night in poor weather conditions probably contributed to the crashes of three medical helicopters that killed 11 people in 2007 and 2008.”
