Why Do These People Look So Happy?

These are pictures of the class working on their final exercise last week during the 5 Day TapRooT® Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader course:

So why are they so happy?

1. They are posing for the pictures…?
2. They were out very late before the last day of the course….?
3. They know when they get back to work they will be heroes because they have the tools and skills needed to solve problems in their organizations! 
4. All of the above.
