2019 Global TapRooT® Summit Location Preview: Health and Wellness
La Torretta Resort is jammed pack full of exciting activities and delicious food, but some of us might be looking for something a little more relaxing and health oriented. Have no fear La Torretta has got your covered!
The 2019 Global TapRooT® Summit location has a fabulous day spa and salon. The spa is a short walk from the hotel, and it has all the amenities and luxuries you’d expect when being pampered. I didn’t get a chance to try any of the treatments, but they offer multiple massages, facials, aromatherapy treatments, and much much more! The facility is extremely clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The lounge couches located in the relaxation room would be the perfect place to wrap yourself in a fluffy robe, sip on some hot tee, and forget about the outside world (for a while). Hopefully my next stay at the La Torretta Resort I will find some time to enjoy being pampered at their high end Spa.
La Torretta also boost a state of the art gym located between the conference center and spa. So if you are worried about keeping your new years resolution or if you enjoy working out then this location has got you covered! La Torretta provides its guest with a list of fun classes they offer such as Pilates, yoga, cycling, and more! They also have a weight room and cardio room filled with the machines needed to give you a full body workout. But what makes La Torretta’s gym truly unique is their multiple indoor racquet ball courts. So, even though you might indulge in some pie at their Pie Bar or take advantage of their unlimited desserts at the buffet, you will be able to burn off those extra calories by spending time at their amazing gym.
