2019 Global TapRooT® Summit Track: Safety and Risk

Meet the TapRooT® Instructor

Dave Janney has 37 years of experience in customer service, operations, quality, and safety and health. He joined System Improvements in 2008 after retiring from Delta Air Lines, where he held positions such as quality auditor and manager of corporate safety. He has an undergraduate degree in business management, and master’s degrees in business administration and occupational safety & health. Dave is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and Quality Auditor (CQA), and a BCSP Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
