2015 Global TapRooT® Summit After Hours: Guy Fieri’s Kitchen and Bar in The LINQ

Have you registered for the 2015 Global TapRooT® Summit in Las Vegas, NV (June 1 – 5, 2015)? This column highlights some fun things to do after hours.

We’ve all heard about the famous chef and host of the popular show Diners, Drive Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri. His expertise and creativity comes to life in his new Vegas kitchen and bar located in The LINQ Hotel and Casino.

Some of the favorites are the Triple-T Fries, Bacon Mac-N-Cheese burger and the homemade Mexican Churros.

When we went for our site visit, even though the Chicken Fried Bacon Biscuits & Gravy sounded like something that would knock my cholesterol off the charts, I had to try it. It was so worth it!

A M A Z I N G!

If you like bacon, and you like fried chicken you will LOVE chicken fried bacon.

One review said each menu item is served like an “edible masterpiece” so if that doesn’t make your mouth water, I don’t know what will.

With it being being within walking distance from the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel where the Summit will be held, it’s a must-visit. But if you decide to walk over there, don’t forget to invite me!!
