Another Coal Mine Accident in China

These types of accidents are almost a daily event in China. This time 35 were killed and 44 are missing according to Chinese regulatory officials. For more info, see:

A steady stream of accidents kills over 3,000 coal industry workers a year in China. Could they cut this rate? Obviously yes. Will they? That depends. When they start valuing life more than coal, management and regulators will find ways to make change happen.
