Bogus Investigation into Luger Death

Unbelievable.

Of course he made mistakes, otherwise he would not have left the track.  Does this mean the track could not have been designed to prevent this?  Of course it could.

The real question is WHY are there UNPROTECTED steel beams in a location where someone is likely to come off the tracks.

Read the comments from this gentleman’s father; it appears he knows more about investigation than the investigator!

An investigation that does not solve the problem is….. a Bogus investigation.
