Career Development: Sit Up Straight at Work … It Could Save Your Life!

Did you know that poor back posture can increase the risk of metabolic syndromes, heart attacks and strokes? That if you sit for 11 hours or more during the day you have an increased risk of death in the next three years over those who sit for less than four hours?
