Communication that Prevents Human Error

Learn how easy it is to improve communication from an expert in the field. Author Beverly Inman-Ebel will present “Communication that Prevents Human Error” at the 2009 TapRooT® Summit.

People make mistakes because they are uninformed, didn’t listen, or didn’t follow through. This session focuses upon four targeted areas that can prevent miscommunications. She is also the author of over 500 articles published nationally.
