Stability is one of those words that people take advantage of not being defined. From nuclear reactors to home-life meal planning, to organizational departments fighting over who has responsibility, complex system design seems intuitive and sounds nice, but it is seldom discussed outside engineering. Like human performance, there is an entire discipline of complex system analysis that leverages emergent and unpredictable characteristics for stability. Speaker Bio

Justin draws on 10 years of experience as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer. He runs the Equifactor® Equipment Troubleshooting program, leveraging extensive leadership and management from equipment and systems operations, reliability, and maintenance. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and resides with his family in Knoxville, Tennessee.
