“Why Do People Keep Breaking My Equipment?” A 90-Minute Webinar
When we talk to people about equipment troubleshooting, it seems a common theme is, “Looks like the operators / maintenance / repair team / supply folks broke the equipment again.” And yet, when we troubleshoot and repair equipment, we always seem to focus on the physical failure.
In response, we replace the bad bearing, re-brush the motor, update the firmware to the correct version, etc. But we rarely seem to try to understand the human performance issues associated with the failure.
How will we prevent future issues if we only repair the equipment?
This webinar will cover:
Advanced, easy-to-use troubleshooting aids for your technicians.
Simple techniques to better understand and correct the reasons that humans keep causing equipment failures.
At the end of this webinar, participants will have learned:
How to use troubleshooting aids for equipment failure.
Techniques that will lead to better corrective actions to fix failures for good.
