Did You Know? Global TapRooT® Summit Tips and Trivia

Customize your Summit schedule! Last week we presented eight different tracks to choose from at the 2012 Summit but we know that sometimes that is not enough.  For example, what if you need to attend the Investigation, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis track but also want to know what’s new in TapRooT® software since last year?  That is why we give our attendees the option of creating a fully customizable Summit track.

The tracks are designed to filter best practice sessions by expert focus so that it is easy for our attendees to find the sessions that are best suited for their career paths but the tracks are not set in stone.

Track customization allows you to handpick which sessions you would like to attend.  You can change one best practice session on your track … or change all of them.  Simply click the gray “modify” button in the top right corner of any best practice session on the schedule page during online registration (on the schedule page, the best practice sessions are in the red boxes). This will open a gray selection box in the middle of the schedule page that looks like this:

To select a new session, click the radio button next to the session you would like to attend from the list, click “OK”, and that session will replace the current session in the red session box on your schedule.
