Exelon Trains 17 Employees in TapRooT® Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
Bob Gilden, the Sr. Specialist – Performance Assessment, requested training to be held on site in Philadelphia this week. Employees resolving issues from customer service, project management, line technician safety, to training assessments just to mention a few, attended this 2-Day course. With incident investigators ready in multiple company departments, Exelon has a peer review group to discuss findings and share lessons learned.
