Helicopter crash from last year

Here is the story:



“The emergency medical helicopter that struck a radio tower in Aurora late last year, killing four people, was equipped with a navigation device capable of displaying obstacles to the pilot, but the software was never installed, according to an accident investigation update released Thursday.”

“In addition, the pilot was inexplicably flying several hundred feet lower than he should have been during night operations under his company’s flight standards, said the interim report by the National Transportation Safety Board.
