How Many Billion More Will the BP/Transocean Deepwater Horizon Accident Cost?

According to the Houston Chronicle, the fine could be as much as $21 Billion. But there is more … The US Government is suing for cleanup costs and future environmental damage. And these costs are in addition to the $20 Billion BP has set aside.

Who else will shoulder these costs? Transocean, and insurer, and minority drilling partners MOEX Offshore and Anadarko.
