Key Role:

Provide management consulting on multiple assignments for aviation industry and Defense clients. Apply problem-solving skills to address multi-dimensional issues that have technical, operational, and organizational affects on areas, including aviation safety, aviation capacity, revolutionary aircraft operations, advanced air traffic control, transportation (rail, automotive, trucking), HSI, aviation security, and defense applications. Develop new ideas and concepts, translate these ideas into executable action plans, communicate these plans to a diverse client base, and assist in the implementation of these plans.

Consulting:

You will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing, performing and leading tasks, including the delivery of high quality reports, briefings, and related analyses. You will apply your well-developed consulting, assignment management and functional skills in the execution of this work. You will be a role model of the firm’s core values and play a significant role in maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high quality services. You will also use your creativity to develop differentiating approaches and intellectual capital to be used to support client engagements and proposal efforts.

Functional/Industry Knowledge and Experience in more than one of the following areas:

Technical consulting skills to include process analysis, human factors / human performance evaluation and statistical analysis methods Aviations safety, security, and risk assessment approaches Understanding of current FAA programs and National Airspace System operations Broad aviation/transportation/defense industry knowledge and a detailed understanding of relevant government organizations; their mission, their drivers and challenges Education/Certifications or equivalent required: M.A., M.S., Ph.D. or MBA required.

Position:
