Improve Safety – ZERO ACCIDENTS
Many people wonder what best practices they should implement to improve safety. The Construction Industry Institute did more than wonder. They sponsored a research project to find the differences between construction companies with the best records and those with average records. What they found were certain practices (best practices) that helped the best companies achieve their superior records.
With that knowledge, Fluor Corporation put together a program using those best practices to improve safety at their projects. The ZERO ACCIDENTS program help them improve their already excellent safety record.
How can you hear about the CII study and Fluor’s ZERO ACCIDENTS program? By attending the TapRooT(R) Summit on April 5-8, 2006.
Thaddeus Allen of Fluor will present the basis of the program and results of the “ZERO Accidents – Best Practices to Attain Outstanding Safety Performance” talk in the Safety and Risk Management Best Practices track at the TapRooT(R) Summit.
How can you learn more about the Zero Accident research before the Summit?
