Ken Reed will be presenting, “Cross-Disciplinary Troubleshooting.”

When & Where?

This presentation is scheduled during Best Practice Session 2 at the 2023 Global TapRooT® Summit, Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe – Houston, Texas, April 26 – 28, 2023, (PreSummit Courses, April 24 – 25, 2023).

Session Description

Highly-skilled technicians are arguably the highest-demand asset right now, but even if we find talented technicians, almost impossible today, we can’t wait 20 years for them to become masters.  Our only choice is to leverage the vast experience of troubleshooting legends to train a new generation of experts BEFORE they leave.  Best-in-class performers have style: intuition AND discipline are your most valuable assets, and you can’t learn those from a training plan.  You don’t want to miss this session on how to troubleshoot integrated systems like a machine-whisperer.
