Job Opening: Bellevue, WA – T-Mobile – Roaming Services Engineer with Root Cause Analysis Skills

“An Engineer of Roaming Services is responsible for the design, testing, configuration and implementation of inbound and outbound roaming services.  This includes launching new roaming partners and destinations along with any new or enhanced roaming service.  They are responsible for roaming data configuration on Mobile Switching Centers (MSC), Home Location Registers (HLR), and Intelligent Network (IN) core network nodes.  They work closely with roaming partners and vendors to manage new and existing services along with ongoing operational support.  The Engineer of Roaming Services also provides post launch support for all T-Mobile roaming services.  They are to resolve customer trouble tickets, faults reported by roaming partners, and all roaming errors or inconsistencies identified by internal reporting tools.  This includes root-cause analysis, in-depth troubleshooting, and any required roaming data configuration updates.  The Engineer of Roaming Services will provide leadership and expertise for all roaming operations, roaming impact analysis and testing to existing and new T-Mobile services, and roaming support for Operations, Care, and Business teams.  Their goal is to deliver a seamless quality roaming experience for both our subscribers and roaming visitors.”
