Looking for candidate that is enthusiastic, willing to work in diverse teams, able to make sound discussions for quality and compliance. Candidate must be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt to change. Candidate must have strong leadership skills and drive tasks to completion in diverse settings.Identify, evaluate, develop and/or provide guidance for, validation processes/strategy and SDLC processes for life cycle activities that include procedures. Analyze complex system projects and enhancements. Develops and/or reviews system specification and validation documents associated with life cycle development and validation of computerized systems.

Understanding of principals for risk based approach and applying to testing activities.

Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.

Assist in the development of system procedures to fulfill requirements of the life cycle process and provide and assist with training to fulfill requirements. In some instances this position may own small/medium size projects, demonstrate strong business knowledge, require limited direction, give moderate guidance to others, handle complex problems, possess strong knowledge of Computer validation concepts and SDLC processes.

Understands and assures conformance to regulations in a section or department. Interfaces with regulators during regulatory inspection.

Identifies and implements continuous improvement projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability and cost improvements.

Development of, unit/system test cases, scripts and plans. Provide guidance in the execution of testing activities within the team. Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency. Define quality data and define predicate rules for business processes.Identify, analyze, propose and document appropriate strategies and solutions for validation, problems and issues that may impact the validation activities. Identify and understand broader business impact and the ability to use quality tools (Six Sigma, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, process maps, etc) for problem resolution.

Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function. Provide cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and process alternatives. Provide strong knowledge of an enterprise/ cornerstone system. Train others as appropriate on specific area of compliance or systems expertise. Assist in development of training materials and/or conduct training.
