Meet Our Staff: Ken Reed
Ken Reed brings 21 years of US Navy nuclear operator and supervisor experience to System Improvements, having served on numerous fast attack, ballistic missile, and research submarines. He is currently the Project Manager for the Equifactor® Equipment Troubleshooting module of the TapRooT® software, overseeing course and software updates and revisions. He holds a B.S. in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University.
Ken is also a contributor to the TapRooT® blog, and is the editor of the Equifactor® Minute, an electronic eNewsletter that is distributed quarterly to Equipment experts. (To subscribe, contact us!)
Ken will be facilitating the Equipment Reliability Best Practice Sharing session on the Equipment Reliability & Maintenance track at the TapRooT® Summit. Participants in this session will learn how best-in-class companies solve their equipment reliability problems, with round-table discussion chaired by equipment reliability experts (including Heinz Bloch). Participants are invited to bring best practices to share and take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their improvement programs.
