Most organizations find themselves at some point in time needing to improve the quality of their investigations to be able to have a more positive impact on solving problems. It has been found that many companies struggle with this and may not have any strategy in place to help make the positive changes happen. During this session, Tom and Brian Tink will lead a discussion and an interactive workshop to allow participants time to develop a quality improvement strategy for their company. Through examples from the session leaders and open discussion, the session will help you gain insight and develop some ideas you can implement when you return to your site.
The 2009 Summit is an extremely important year to attend the Summit and invest in improvement by learning the newest improvement best practices. We are dedicated to helping your team make an improvement revolution happen! Make plans to join us in Nashville, Tennessee, October 7-9, 2009.
