Those who attended the TapRooT® Summit in 2011 remember the excellent Keynote Speaker that described the rescue in Chile of the miners trapped below ground for two months. Now the press has reported that the prosecutor for that district in Chile has announced that after three years of investigating, no charges will be brought against the mine owners.

Mario Sepulveda, who became the public face of the miners, told The Associated Press that: “It’s impossible that in an accident of this magnitude no one is held responsible.”

The question I have is … Should we expect criminal charges for all major accidents?

What do you think?
