Monday Accident & Lessons Learned: Decimal Points Matter

It’s easy to make a math error. But when that error means your new, expensive submarine won’t float … that’s a disaster!

I like the way the stories talk about “someone” put the decimal point in the wrong place. I bet if you are that someone, you are laying low…
