Monday Accident & Lessons Learned: Derailment at Bletchley Junction, Bletchley 3 February 2012

The UK Rail Accident Investigation Branch has published a report about a train derailment at Bletchley Junction. For the complete report and lessons learned, see:

Several people have asked me why we have so many rail accident investigation reports in the UK for our Monday Accident and Lessons Learned column. The reason is that the UK RAIB publishes informative reports of accidents and they are available publicly.

If you know of other sources of good reports that are available on line, let me know. Or send me your good reports to help others learn.
