How do you handle problem reports?

Are you sure that the right priority is assigned based on the risk of a failure?

Do you measure performance of implementation of corrective and preventive actions?

Better to ask these questions now and implement good practices for handling reported problems than to wait for your own equivalent of a “derailed train” after a problem goes unsolved.
