How to stop non-conservative decisions

When & Where?

This presentation is scheduled during Best Practice Session 6 at the 2023 Global TapRooT® Summit, Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe – Houston, Texas, April 26 – 28, (PreSummit Courses, April 24 – 25, 2023).

Session Description

Workers are often blamed for making non-conservative decisions to get the work done, but we tend to look the other way when senior leaders encourage or make non-conservative decisions. This is unfortunate because our leaders set the tone for decisions made throughout the organization. Your management’s philosophy can protect your people, the environment, and your company’s reputation. This session will give you the tools to improve your company’s safety culture with the ability to empower conservative decision-making and spot non-conservative decision-making.
